In just 5.5 weeks Jack has put on 9.5lbs overall, 7lbs being muscle. He has increased size in his chest, arms, hips and thighs. He's going into his Sophomore year at Rancho Bernardo as a talented lacrosse and basketball player. He's determined and a pleasure to work with! Keep up the hard work!

Congrats to our new client S.R. In just 4 weeks she has lost 6lbs overall, 2% body fat, 1" off her waist and 1.5" off her hips and thigh! We're very proud of what she's accomplished in such a short period of time! Keep up the hard work!

Big congratulations to Monica and Morgan Forbes! They've been training together for 8 weeks now competing and bonding as mothers and daughters should! Monica has lost 12lbs overall, 2% body fat, 2.5" on her waist and 1.5" on her hips. Morgan, has also lost 2% body fat and increased .5" on her hips and thigh being the young athlete that she is! We're very proud of the results they've received and we're excited for the continued progress!!

I took 90 minutes out of my Friday night to volunteer at a middle school girls basketball practice tonight. We focused on simple post footwork with a few progression drills. It was fun working with such smart, fun and focused young ladies. After practice, a mother came up to me and was extremely thankful for my help and effort I had put in. She began to get teary eyed and continued to thank me and ask me questions about the sport I love so much. The tears she wiped away in happiness is why I coach basketball. "Help someone if you can". I love what I do.

We added a scoring opportunity to our dribbling box drill. After executing her "Escape Dribble" we added a "Defensive Crossover" into a "Bunny" jump shot. She made 6 shots in a minute.. which is challenging to do, as you can tell by my reaction. She's a very determined and coachable 7th grader whom I'm looking forward to working with these next few years.

Keeley is a 7th grader who competes for our Bronco Ball Club team. She is showing us how to break down proper footwork for a few different reads. She's executing her "Drop Dribble" and "Switch Stance". She gets low on her "Drop Dribble" being able to read the defender and change pace and direction. Her "Switch Stance" is simulating a help defender or trap scenario. She uses her "Escape Dribble" to create separation from the defender. Keeley finishes our box drill with a "Glide Dribble" which is a great way to slow the defender down and change elevation.

Having fun experimenting on basketball footwork. Power dribble with a 10lb medicine ball into a "Euro Step" or "Extended Layup". The ability to change pace and direction is a big component of the game today. Footwork is everything!

Norris Merritt is a pleasure to train! He is a hardworking determined client who climbs and hikes in his spare time. This is a 4 exercise circuit he went through 5x focused on increasing his endurance and overall strength targeted towards climbing and hiking. I hope I'm in this great of shape when I'm his age!

I would like to recognize Missy for the tremendous progress she has made! In only 6 weeks she has put on 6lbs of muscle and increased an inch on her hips. Her goal is to increase lean mass, keep a low body fat % and compete in her second bikini contest. She is on track to compete and win! Very proud of her!
