June 9, 2008 I started my first day at 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer. Today marks my 13th year 💪🏼😊.

It has had its ups and downs.

I was still trying to find my own confidence and it was challenging for me to be voice full in the gym setting. As the years have gone on I have been able to break out of my shell and become more comfortable speaking not only in a 1:1 setting but in front of large groups. .

At times I struggled to make ends meet. I’ve had both family and friends tell me that I should look into another path to take because this one wasn’t working…. I didn’t quit because I felt that within my heart this is what I should be doing. The joy I get from helping people was far greater than anything I’ve ever experienced. I am now very grateful for the business I have.

Personally, I have evolved both physically and emotionally. I am able to help so many women because I too go through a great deal myself. It is in my hopes that I am relatable and empathetic with a little bit of tough love. I am not afraid to open up and share my struggles and I am also not afraid to tell you what you need to hear. My job is to help educate, empower, and help women evolve through .

Lift weights. Diet accordingly. Do cardio.

It’s literally that SIMPLE!

When you train: stick with the basics, you don’t need to do all these crazy weird exercises. Be efficient with every repetition and you will flourish!

Dieting: Don’t be scared of food and restrict yourself of the calories you actually need. Keep a variety of food in your diet, and find out how many calories and macronutrients you should be intaking. Log your food. Don’t guesstimate!

Cardio: AS NEEDED. Stop leaning on the step-mill for hours on end😅
