Attention all hockey fans! We are having our annual Cal/Stanford/Harvard SD Gulls hockey event on Jan. 31, 2026. The puck drops at 6 pm and we have the private Stella Artois lounge area for our group with music and our own bar so come early. January 31, 2026 - San Diego Gulls Ivy+ Hockey Game Join HCSD at Pechanga Arena for a San Diego Gulls vs. Ontario Reign hockey game!

Hello All Cal football fans! If you have a mind to watch the bowl game with other alums (we will NOT be having a watch party at Chief's), you are welcome to come to 1881 Valencia Ave., Carlsbad to watch it in my 250 sq ft gazebo with a 75" TV. The 2025 Holiday Party is Sat., Dec. 20th at the home of Celia Garcia, club president, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Address is: 1881 Valencia Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008. All current students, their parents, and alumni (even non SD ones, if you are visiting from out of town) are all welcome. We will be at our usual place, Chief's Burgers and Brew, at 124 Lomas Santa Fe Drive in Solana Beach. Come join us! No need to RSVP; just show up. All Cal alumni are welcome. If you have come from out of town and want to get away from the post Thanksgiving crowd and annoying relatives. . .come join us!

Hi all Cal football fans! For once, we have a normal college football kickoff time on Sat., Nov 1st. : 12:45 pm. We will be at our usual venue, Chief's Burgers and Brew, 124 Lomas Santa Fe Drive in Solana Beach. For those who want it, there is a train station directly across the street for convenience. It has been a lot of fun meeting new alumni every week (besides us die hard fans) so come and join us. No RSVP needed. We gather at the large table in the back left corner. Go Bears!

Hi there all San Diego Cal football fans: we will be playing Texas Southern at 3 pm on Sat Sept. 6th. After a solid win last week against Oregon St., we look forward to watching the game with fellow alums at our usual venue, Chief's Burgers and Brew at 124 Lomas Santa Fe Drive in Solana Beach. We are usually at the large table in the back. Texas Southern is an HBCU (the last one we played was Grambling several years ago) so not our usual former Pac 12/ACC opponents.
