Even with a job I love that allows me to make my own hours and choose how much or little I want to work, I occasionally forget just how lucky I am! I’m going to make a point to share all the goodness being a yoga teacher has brought me this year. For instance, getting paid to go to the beach!

A yoga practice and spending time with friends… twice as nice! Grad a few friends and hold a class at home!

Ever wonder what a private yoga class with me looks like? Well, it’s something like this! Stretching, strengthening, balancing and of course, (pictured here) resting. 😴 All done in-home with me guiding you through your practice. I’ll bring the supplies, you bring a furry companion!

Can’t really beat the convention center deck for an outdoor class! I love teaching all kinds of classes but I especially love bringing yoga to corporate groups that might not otherwise get the chance to exercise in between all their activities. So honored to be part of this week!

Took advantage of the serene cliffs to host a yoga class for a corporate wellness retreat! Best way to start the weekend!

A little belated Mother’s Day post! I joined these ladies (moms, grandmothers, aunts and daughters in the bunch!) for a relaxing, restful stretch class on Sunday morning. It was the perfect way to start their full day of activities celebrating each other!

I don’t know what came over me but I had the sudden urge to show face around here! I have a suspicion it’s due to the secret girl gang that’s propping me up right now. I’m not one for the camera but here I am smiling away in my “studio” which is really just the living room. There has been so much living in this room over the course of the last year! This is my tiny yoga nook where I teach all my classes, bumping into walls and plants, bemoaning a TV in the background. But it’s a start. And as says, “just get started!”, so I’m putting one pose in front of the other (flowing them together sequentially!) and the journey continues.
