I've been doing a lot of thinking lately and I think that it's very important that we give ourselves permission to f**k up every now and then. We have this weird way of beating ourselves up so bad when we make a mistake.

This man right here was the very 1st sales manager i worked under in the car business. Its so amazing that 21 years later he looked for me and said, "Pancho, i want the best, and I know you're the best.... I've seen you in action" 😊
The initial consultation took about an hour more than normal because we would lose ourselves sharing old memories of our days on the car lot.
They were such fun (and CRAZY) times.
Need to grow some thick skin? Go sell cars for a year. I did it for 13 years and trust me... I've seen it all.
