Today at TamPal we celebrate all the Fathers that raised strong menstruators! A special thanks to our founder’s father who always taught her if you can’t find a solution, build your own. Photographed here helping with one of the earlier TamPal iterations.

Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day and we are looking for your input!

MHDay was created to break the taboos and stigmas that surround menstruation to change periods from being taboo to a normal fact of life. To learn more about MHDay click the link in our bio.

In honor of this day we are excited to announce that we will soon be launching a product. Sshh can’t tell you yet but we will be donating 5% of this product’s profits to an organization that works to end period poverty.

What started as an annoyance in my own bathroom became an obsession as I dove deeper into the fabricated stigmas and perpetuated shame that surrounds periods and the continued lack of access to these necessary hygiene products. Happy International Women’s Day! Today we celebrate all those fierce women out there who never give up, never settle for what is and fight for what should be. A friend sent me this card for my birthday that sadly feels still all too applicable. This stamp is circa 1971. We are still battling for the rights to make the decisions that are right for our bodies but we will never give up!

We know we are a little late, but hey just like our periods sometimes we get a little off cycle. Love to our period people today and everyday 🩸
