Me walking into a new studio: this feels different. This feels special. The eucalyptus towel. The mood lighting. The instructor calling everyone "beautiful humans."

Me three weeks later: I have spent $180 and learned nothing except that I hate the word "intention."

I am a wellness exchange student and nobody can stop me.

Pilates Monday. HIIT Wednesday. That aerial thing on Saturday that I'm still not sure was exercise or performance art.

Six studios. Six instructors who didn't know my name. Six different opinions on what was wrong with my body.
