This Sunday brunch was full of smiles, fun conversations, great connections and a passionate explosion of flavors! Sonya Sachdeva spoiled us with her take on several dishes including papdi chaat and gajar ka halwa, among others. These authentic Northern Indian street foods were carefully prepared inspired by Sonya's late grandmother's family recipes.
I feel honored and thankful for her trust in me and Life's Simple Pleasures to bring her passion to life!

Marigolds, a symbol of passion & creativity!
What a coincidence. We'll have lots of both on Sunday at From The Thali Tray: a Home-Cooked Indian Brunch!
This morning, while getting inspired for our brunch decor, these made me forget that had taken over some parts of the city...
