Smoothie for you or the kiddos!
Blueberries, banana, spinach, almond butter, cacao powder, almond butter. Cacao is a great source of magnesium, fiber and iron. Almond butter has good fats and a source of protein. I love having a smoothie post work out or in the am. Quick and easy. ππΌπͺπΌ
