Home made mouth wash....
1/2 oz of vegetable glycerine or liquid stevia
25-30 drops of organic peppermint essential oil
5-8 drops of wintergreen essential oil (can substitute clove oil too)
2-4 pinches of organic neem powder
2-4 pinches of og tumeric powder
32 oz fresh spring or filtered water
Mix all ingredients together in recycled mouthwash / quart size bottle. Shake well. Use within 30 days and shake well before using. Excellent for gingivitis, peri-dontal disease, halitosis, etc. Enjoy!
In Ayurveda, spring is the most important season to stay moving....vigorous exercise is most beneficial, and necessary for many, to counteract the heaviness (water and earth elements are dominant now). Exercise is best done 6-10am or 6-7pm. Eating lighter, smaller meals is also important to keep metabolism revved up.
