Day Glow Dance & Yoga

Hey People, I started this, my first fitness "business" while teaching at The Sunroom studio back in 2010-11. Steve23 and Juicy, owners of Sun Room were kind enough to let me use the space for free when there were no students - which was often! Day Glow Dance and Yoga was born because at when I faced tough times in my life, dance and yoga helped me survive, helped me hear my own voice, and find my way. Many years later I take such great joy in teaching and sharing my passion for movement. Whatever makes you makes you so excited that you cannot stop, find a way to make it your life. You will never be sorry!

Hey my peeps, in 2008 I took a leap of faith deciding to reinvent myself as a fitness instructor. Day Glow Dance and Yoga was the first class I taught. I created this website so I could build a business for myself, but I would up getting a great job teaching fitness at the Chinatown Y in SF, where I am still today. I have some rockin' workouts I can't wait to share with you! Come check out a class with me:
