So many women think their symptoms, their emotions, their reactions, and their energy are “just random.”
Mine weren’t random either.
It took something as simple as noticing my hair texture changing through the month to finally see the pattern.
Once I understood that my cycle affects everything — my recovery, my mood, my sensitivity, my focus, my boundaries — it felt like the missing page of a manual I should have received years ago.
The biggest change for me was recognizing that luteal “moodiness” wasn’t moodiness…
