Thanks so much to everyone for the tremendous send-off yesterday. Wow!!!
The building AND the neighborhood are still vibrating with your love.
Thanks, too, for the incredibly sweet love notes left on our door. In fact, we will leave them there for the landlady to see when she comes to inspect the space later this morning. It'll be good that she sees how much this Home has mattered!

Tonight at 8:15pm at Brad Yoga will lead our final nightime class here at Urban Flow. Come join us to celebrate and practice by candlelight one more time!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of the students that have supported my Master Classes at Urban Flow for the past 2 years--and, to those of you that have been coming to my Wednesday night classes for the last several months. Thanks to Rusty Wells and Stephanie Snyder Yoga, as well as the other teachers and staff who have made me feel at home. I'm looking forward to settling into whatever comes next.
