My name is Hope Allison, I am an online personal trainer devoted to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. Before I started my personal training journey four years ago, I too struggled with not knowing what to do at the gym! I used to be afraid of injuring myself and was not meeting my weight loss and strength/performance goals.
In 2016, I decided to enroll in a hands-on personal training course to continue my education in health and fitness with the purpose of combining my nutritional meal plan services with a customized fitness program. I was running my own private chef business at the time, Nutrition To You. I am also a Nutritional Chef that specializes in creating custom meal plans- catering to women, post and prenatal dietary needs, and people that suffer from severe health issues. Becoming a certified personal trainer helped me achieve my own fitness goals. I lost 10 pounds in 2 months and developed the strength I wanted to perform some pretty awesome strength and conditioning exercises. It took time to get myself to a ground push-up and bench press without struggling, but I got there by understanding exercise science and good form. Oh and with dedication and perseverance!
For Real! Personal training changed my life. I had struggled with low self-esteem and confidence issues most of my life. Which lead me into some unhealthy habits, relationships, and a toxic marriage. Once I began training myself and started training my clients, I adapted a totally different mindset! I went from clinging to negative patterns to releasing all that was holding me back from achieving my goals, including my unhealthy marriage.
My True Transformation began, the day I said NO to the toxic relationships, and behaviors! That day I stood up for myself and allowed the unhealthy patterns to go. This took overcoming many obstacles. As I let go of what was no longer working and weighing me down, I became confident in my body and mind, and took my life back! This new-found freedom inspired Hope in me and my training clients where I began the Hope Filled Fitness journey, a community of women facing their obstacles to achieve personal transformations.
I am an online personal trainer who has passion and intention of sharing my extensive background as a nutritional meal plan coach combined with my specialized certification in corrective exercise. It is my goal to help women lose weight healthfully and effectively without injuring themselves.
My mission is to give women the support they need to find their personal power. Having a plan in place to take action with an individualized fitness and nutrition program. I customize each and every program designed to meet your unique fitness and nutrition goals!
