Renovated in 2008, the Upper Noe Recreation Center houses a full-size indoor basketball court, an outdoor basketball court, a baseball field, an outdoor tennis court, a fenced playground designed for children five and under, and an auditorium with a stage that is used primarily for recreation classes and open “tot hours.” The park is also home to Joby’s Dog Run, which is open whenever the gates of the park are open, typically from 7am to 10pm.

The playground renovation is coming along nicely on schedule. Hope to see it covered with Tot Turf by the end of the week.

The new surface will be mostly Tot Turf artificial grass with rubber being placed around high use areas under equipment.

The playground is closed until the end of June, or so. Construction is continuing. So happy to finally see that our requests for a new surface are being answered.

Exciting Changes at Upper Noe!
We are thrilled to announce that Upper Noe is now a Sports and Athletics Facility! While we don't anticipate many changes, you can look forward to more sports and leagues, specifically girls' sports, being added to our offerings. Additionally, a Girls Sports Office is being created on the back side of the stage.
Our new facility hours will be Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 8pm, and Saturdays, 9am - 5pm.
We will also have some new faces in the building beginning the week of January 13th:
