Couldn’t be happier for Suz securing gold at her brown belt debut 🤎 and both Duyên .tack and David for bringing home the hardware both in gi and no gi! 🥇🥈 Such pure JOY and inspiration it brings to the team as a whole witnessing all the Heart and heat laid out on the comp mats! ❤️‍🔥 You all deserve to celebrate the gains beyond the “bonus” medals! ✨

Thank you again to the TEAM families and friends ofc for your presence, relentless support, and that good energy throughout this day (and night) but moreso leading up to the tournament, in training and in Life. So many lessons learned, still and always (un)learning beyond a single day but when the time came to show up, our people’s champs stepped it up and as .malana would say “put on a show!” 😮‍💨 We love to see it 😍 and we keep on and on..

Go Team Zeina!!! 💖🙌🏽 Super proud of the courage it took for this young lady to step out of her comfort zone and into the comp mats for the first time! S/o to her family and support crew coming thru deep! 💐 Together, we share the nerves AND the strong belief in our kids’ highest potential. This one was especially dedicated to our dear brother/teammate/kids coach Nico 🫂 who is currently battling cancer, a true definition of a fighter on the mats and in life. So thank you for organizing this event for the bjj community to support this cause ❤️

There will always be lessons to learn and integrate. Zeina taking home🥈is just a stepping stone for the next training session and future tournaments. Many silver linings! 😉 We are celebrating her bravery, efforts and resilience! 💛 Another one for the 📚 and on to the next! ✨
