I will be the first to admit that my social media presence dwindled as the end of the year approached and life became hectic, as it usually does during those last months. One of my multiple resolutions for the new year is to remain present via social media, which will ensure that I hold myself accountable for the healthy lifestyle I love and live. My first post is promoting the I will be starting with & ! It starts on January 12th and if you are lookig to and your body and lifestyle, this is the perfect opportunity!
