As a starting catcher for Saint Elizabeth University, Alexia Jorge became one of the very few women to compete in men’s NCAA baseball, where she earned every ounce of time on the field.

She was the youngest player on Team USA’s gold medal- winning roster at the 2019 pan American Championships, and in 2025 she again made history as the first woman to play in the Coastal Plain League, one of the most competitive summer leagues in the country.

Now she joins San Francisco in the WPBL where she will showcase her high baseball IQ and talent behind the dish.
