You sit all day, then try to fix it with โ€œperfect posture.โ€
You stretch tight areas without building strength or control.
You stay active, but never really load your joints properly.

So your body adapts the only way it can, by becoming protective.

So instead of asking, โ€œWhat should I stretch?โ€
Ask, โ€œHave I actually trained this joint to handle what Iโ€™m asking it to do?โ€

One day, theyโ€™ll ask you to carry them for the last timeโ€ฆ and you probably wonโ€™t even realize it.

Thatโ€™s one of the reasons I choose to stay strong.

Not just for looks. Not for numbers in the gym.
But so I can keep lifting my children, carrying them when theyโ€™re tired, throwing them over my shoulders, and saying โ€œI got youโ€ without hesitation.

Strength means more when someone depends on it.

Parents, your body isnโ€™t just for you anymore.
Take care of it so you can keep showing up for the moments that matter most.
