TIMES: We will dedicate the exact days you’ll wo, but you can pick the times, remember it’s on your schedule.

ACCOUNTABILITY: I’m notified when you log in, when you finish and whether you completed or skipped the wo. We can also chat directly through the app.

THE WORKOUTS: designed with your exact goals, equipment and fitness level in mind.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE : 1 set is 10 full body exercises. You’ll do 1-10, take a break and start another set. I suggest 4 sets but you can do 2, 3 or 4. Btw That’s only 30-45 minutes but 20-40 exercises in one WO!

EQUIPMENT: you’ll need 2x 10, 2 x15, maybe 2x20 dumbbells, that part is up to you. Also a Pilates ball, resistance bands (optional) Bosu (optional) and a little space to workout.. that’s it😁
Remember the workouts are designed for your schedule, at your home, with minimal equipment. No gym needed..
