When stress take over even the cleanest diet and on point training wont produce optimal results. If you want to grow, you have to be ready to think of this journey as a Whole person transformation!
Here are some things that help me and the Immunity community release some stress and break the progress plateaus when everything else feels stalled.
* Take inventory
What are some areas of your life besides food and exercise that are weighing you down and holding you back? and how can we improve here?
* Check in
Take a moment to slow down and make sure you are in control of you. (not time, not your boss, not social media etc.)
*Let go!
Release any negative or triggering thoughts as soon as you recognize it with a deep breath or a moment journaling and grace.
* Practice mindfulness
What does your mind, body and soul really need right now?
Perhaps a nap, a walk in nature or a nice home meal?
Take time for you today,
