Time is ticking down to the 2024 Eastern Canadian Championships and a friendly reminder of the 21 Day Rule for weight class changes. All weight class changes MUST be submitted by no later than 11:59 NST, February 29th….. meaning You have 9 days left to change your weight class for the championships. Good luck with the peaks everyone and we will See you all soon.

Folks, we apologize as there has been some confusion with the hotel honouring (or being able to find) the discount code we released. We have since verified that they have the discount code in their system as EPC and not the code we had advised them to use and released on the registration form and website. Our apologies to everyone for the confusion!

Just a friendly reminder…if you intend on staying at the Meet Hotel, you may want to make that reservation sooner rather than later as our slot of rooms on hold are dwindling.

We have negotiated a very attractive room rate. You will not have to pay upfront for your reservation (just a credit card to hold your room until arrival) and you can cancel, at no cost, within 24 hours notice.

As you know, championships cannot happen without the help of our amazing powerlifting community and we are seeking volunteers for various positions to help us run a successful and exciting 2024 CPU Eastern Canadian championships.

There are several volunteer positions available for each day of the championships and our wonderful volunteer coordinators have all the specific information for days and times and any information you need to sign up on our online volunteer program.
