Wowo time flies when you are working out! It’s been 5 years of BEast FITness. It all started October 1st painting and cleaning. Thanks to all who have helped grow this small business. Feels like a family to me. Raymond Mo my first clients here, Jenny who did a research graduate paper on my business, and to Liza and Degan who helped NAME this place 🤪. Sean is about to enter his freshman year of high school! I have worked with him since he was about 12! His development in strength, athleticism, and agility have all improved. Even with a broken thumb still deadlifting over 125 pounds! Stay strong Sean and keep working hard.
