Did you plan to wake up early starting Monday but you didn’t?⁣

BUT don’t “start tomorrow” either!⁣

Whatever you planned on doing today and haven’t gotten it done, ⁣

THIS IS YOUR REMINDER⁣

-Get a quick 15 min work out in!⁣
-Take 15 minutes to put together tomorrows lunch and healthy snacks!⁣
-Go to bed early tonight and leave your phone with a loud alarm in the living room!⁣

START NOW! It’s NOT “too late!”⁣
