Nolan Tai Chi

If you are interested in seeing a wide variety of Tai Chi styles and other Martial Arts come to Stanford University this coming Saturday, March 21, 2026, 10AM - 12PM!

My friend, classmate, and student, and I at Washington Square Park in San Francisco on Jan. 11, 2026. Helping Joyce with the Yang Style Ling Form Sword (approximately 65~ postures).
It was a fine day to be in the park and practice some Tai Chi!
The swords always get varying reactions from passersby, especially the tourists... 😎

We all had an excellent time celebrating with Sifu Jang and all his friends performing the Yang 24 form, and sharing the spirit of community and Tai Chi!
