If you are in the market for a cutting board as a Christmas gift I do have inventory available as of now. However I run out every year near the end of December. If your wanting anything engraved now would be the time to order, as time is of the essence. Check out my sight at www.ButcherBlox.org. Headed to Lockhart Wednesday night in order to go to Kreuz Market on Thursday morning to resurface one of their large butcher blocks they use on a daily basis. Started at 8am and finished around 2:45pm. 6 and a half hours to remove one inch depth on an end grain maple block was a chore. Was absolutely beat by the time I finished. Loved having the opportunity to be the person to do this job! Ate some absolutely great BBQ as well!
