Dr. Dee Wing has been quick to make her mark since joining WittKieffer last winter. As a principal and co-leader of the Academic Medicine and Health Sciences Practice, she plays the role of thought leader, strategist, trusted colleague and tireless, consummate search professional. Dee's background as a prominent high-risk obstetrician, medical researcher and executive provides her with a unique insight into the craft of executive recruiting within academic medicine, while her experiences and outgoing spirit have helped her to build an impressive network of contacts over the years. A driven advocate for career development, Dee is an alumna of ELAM, the academic women's leadership program based out of Drexel University University, a certified mediator in California, and just this year became a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. In her personal time, she enjoys travel, modern art, gardening (esp. of anything that blooms), floral arrangement and yoga.
