1. Remove tops from JalepeĂąo
2. Cut in half
3. Remove seeds and membranes (cuts down the heat of the pepper!)
4. Fill with Greek Yogurt Cream cheese OR combine nonfat plain Greek yogurt and feta cheese
5. Place in oven on high broil setting for 15-20 minutes or until they've reached they amount of doneness you prefer
