Garlic Creme Fraiche, wild mushrooms and capers atop Italian bread slices and garnished with basalmic glaze- pretty good for quickly thrown together lunch. 😁

As some of you may know, I am now the Chef at the Press Room in downtown Newhall. This transition of careers has been an eye opener for me. I always thought I’d start hating cooking if I did it for a living… I was wrong! The universe forced this upon me and I am forever grateful! Hope you’ll come and see us! Fall menu launches in a couple weeks!

Fall menu is still a few weeks away so come enjoy the summer delight before they’re gone.. creamy Tuscan gnocchi, chili lime chicken with esquires salad, oven finished steak with succotash, strawberry salad with feta and Marcona almond or a roasted beet and burrata over arugula sharable. Bringing the kids? We have a menu for them too including creamy homemade mac and cheese or cheese ravioli with butter or marinara.
