Don’t count the time, make the time count

I get it, life is crazy

and time is precious.

That’s why I plan out my days, so I can prioritize what’s important.

For me, every hour of the day is dedicated to something.

Stop making excuses. Start making time.

If you want to grow muscle, stop chasing new exercises.

You’re not stuck because you need a better workout…

you’re stuck because you don’t repeat anything long enough to actually progress.

Pick a few key lifts.

Then apply progressive overload.

Then run them long enough to get stronger.

Week 1: 4x10
Week 2: 2x10, 2x8 (+ weight)
Week 3: 1x10, 2x8, 2x6 (+ weight)
Week 4: 1x10, 2x6, 2x4 (+ weight)

Same movement.

Less reps + more weight over time.
