Santa Cruz Premier

We want to sincerely thank every athlete and family who participated in the Santa Cruz Premier and Team Hardwood University tryouts. The level of effort, passion, and competitiveness we saw in the gym was inspiring. The video in this post captures just a small moment of what these athletes brought to the court.

To the players who earned a spot on one of our teams, congratulations. You competed, you worked, and you earned the opportunity. We are excited to begin the season and look forward to a great year ahead.

We also want to encourage every athlete who came out to tryouts. Not making a team does not define your journey. Growth in basketball takes time, commitment, and belief in the process. We would love to continue working with you through training at The Hardwood University, where our mission is to help young athletes grow their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.
