SANTA FE FOLKS! I’ll be sharpening tomorrow and every Tuesday for the season from 8am-1pm. If you have some knives or other edged tools that need some TLC bring them by. I do electric and hand whetstone sharpening so there is no worry about “burning” your knife’s temper(make it soft and unable to hold an edge). This rather handsome set of kitchen tools went out this week. 52100 hand forged high carbon and stabilized black palm heart. The magnetic block is a double sided counter top block with maple and black palm accents to match the handles. If you need a set let me know. Thanks for looking.
