I am smiling in the picture on the left, but truth is I wasn’t really all that happy or confident with my body. I worked out, and had a moderately healthy balanced diet, but it wasn’t the best I could be. I didn’t push myself past the confront zone to reveal what I was capable of. It wasn’t until at the beginning of this year when I really dialed into my training, nutrition, and supplementation to find balance and happiness with my self confidence. It all takes trial and error, dedication, pushing yourself, knowledge, and the will to want to challenge yourself to be the best self you can be. 🖤

The best Monday motivation is simply yourself. You can search for motivation elsewhere to keep you going, but at the end of the day you are the one getting up for morning cardio, you’re the one making healthy food choices, you’re the one going back to the gym to get your workout in after a long busy day. You make the decision to put in the work, no one else.

You are always one decision away from a totally different life. Me on the left, ya know the one with terrible low lights and no curves. 🤦🏼♀️ Lol I lived for the weekends, to go out drinking with my friends, parties, bars, etc. Before I say that I knew I was capable of more, I want to make a note that I do not regret the memories I made during this time of my life. I met some amazing people, made memories that I will never forget, but most importantly my experiences during this time is what made me grow emotionally, mentally, and what has shaped me into the person I am today. So with that being said I am proud of myself for making a health decision to not only getting into “fitness” but to also become the best version of myself I could be. This has been a long journey to where I am today; ups, downs, and in betweens with diets, workouts, successes, and failures. Don’t ever regret your past, hold your memories tight, and appreciate the lessons you learned that helped you transform into the person you’ve always were meant to be. 🖤
