Here’s the Scorch Nutrition Course details.
The whole point of this is to actually learn how the body processes nutrients and how the heck your individual body works. So many people are out there telling you what to do, but the only person who knows how you feel, is you!
This course is the foundation for taking control of the rest of your life.
Read through these slides and if you have any questions at all, please send a DM or ask in the comments in case someone else has a similar question.
I created this course so you can make your own educated decisions based on your goals for YOUR body.
Also a note: I’m not selling you anything in the course itself. There’s no supplements to buy, no extra training, no affiliate links… just straight up knowledge and a ton of tracking and analysis.
We will be meeting weekly starting Wednesday, Sept 6th at 7pm at Scorch Fitness. If you are unable to make a session, a remote option will be available as well.

Not seeing results and working your ass off?
Happens to more people than you think.
Legit, your workout is only going to be as good as your recovery from the previous workout and life in general. Our bodies break down due to stress.
Exercise is a stress.
A caloric deficit is a stress.
Good stress or bad, you have to find a way to recover and bring that stress hormone cortisol down.
What happens if you don’t?
Your body and mind will fight you.
Allow your health goals to come easy for once. Get to know YOUR body. Get to know what it needs to actually feel good.
The better we feel, the better we look. Changing your appearance shouldn’t be the goal, it should be the byproduct of giving your body what it wants and deserves.
Soooooo how do you prioritize and focus on recovery? My personal favorites are getting lots of healthy yummy complex carbs after workouts and reading to relax at night.
