Big congrats to Sawyer Davis and Kendall Ratliff on being named Florida Today’s “All-Space Coast Swimmer of the Year”!!! Seeing our Mahi represented in the physical paper is pretty awesome, even in this digital age! Congrats to the rest of our Mahi, and the rest of Brevard’s swimmers who made the “All-Space Coast Swim and Dive team of 2025”!!! WAY TO GO!

Mahi’s high school record-breaking train keeps rolling!!! Kendall Ratliff and Haley Tuefer bringing the heat, representing Edgewood High School, dominating the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and Kendall made history with not 1, but 3 individual records in 50 free, 100 back, and 100 fly!!! WAY TO GO, GIRLS!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Parka season is back for our Florida kids! 🥶 We had a fun weekend at the TCSC Invite in Sebastian! Lots of great swims all around with some best times and event wins by Hunter Bloomstine, Vince Badilla, Sawyer Davis, Lydia Harvey, Tofi Schmidt, Kendall Ratliff, Samantha Yelverton, Liam Diaz, Max Morgan, Kensie Standorf, Piper Mirda, and Aerin Wyman! In Mixed Relays our Mahi all won at least one event this past weekend as well! WAY TO GO, MAHI!!! 💪🏻🐠🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Last Saturday was the yearly awards banquet for Florida Swimming over in Orlando. Hunter Bloomstine started off the night winning the 2025 11 year old Boys Short Course Yards Outstanding Swimmer of the Year. This is an extremely prestigious award only given out to the best 11 year old swimmer each year. Congratulations Hunter and we’ll come back next year for the 12 year old athlete of the year! Sawyer Davis also received recognition for his 50 Meter Freestyle over the summer. His time at Futures ranked him top 10 in the nation for his age group! BIG Congratulations to both Hunter, and Sawyer!!! Hard work pays off! Keep it going, Mahi!!! 🤩💪🏻🐠

Last Friday our club swimmers represented their High School at the Cape Coast Conference Championship in Cocoa Beach, and showed off all the hard work they’ve been putting in! Satellite High School ended up taking the win for both boys and girls, but we had several best times across the board. Sawyer Hackett won the 200 IM with a new CCC record and the 500 freestyle. Sawyer Davis won the 50 Free with a new CCC record and the 100 Free. Kendall Ratliff won the 100 Fly with a new CCC record and the 100 Back. Kendall even broke the record of a former Satellite High School swimmer from 1998 and was the first girls meet record to be broken in a decade! Last but certainly not least, the 200 Medley Relay team: Gavin Domboru, Thomas Clary, Bastian Soto, and Sawyer Davis took the win for Satellite, and also broke the Satellite High School record from 2005!
CONGRATULATIONS to all of our athletes, and WAY TO GO, MAHI!!! 💪🏻🐠😎

FUTURES Summer 2025 Recap: 3 of our Mahi competed at 2 Futures sites. Coach Ed was in Greensboro with Sawyer Hackett, while Coach John was in Ocala with Kendall Ratliff and Sawyer Davis. Greensboro had 1200 athletes, with Sawyer Hacket bringing home 2 PRs in the 200 Free and 100 Fly! He’s set for high school state championships and Winter Junior Nationals! Ocala featured fast collegiate athletes from UF, FSU, and Auburn. Kendall took on the double taper after achieving her Futures cut in back to back championship weekends, and Sawyer Davis broke through with Summer Junior Nationals and US Open cuts! WAY TO GO, MAHI!!! 😎💪🏻🐠🐠🐠
