History is waiting Behind The Wall… are you ready to explore it?

Join us on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM as we ride behind the walls and explore the rich history of the historic Searcy Hospital complex and the Mount Vernon Arsenal!

🚌 Guests will have the opportunity to see the tower that still stands after the devastating fire, walk the historic grounds surrounding the McCafferty Home, and hear the stories that helped shape this fascinating place and our community’s history.

🏢 Every building, hallway, and structure has a story to tell — and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Have you joined us on a tour before? No two tours are ever exactly the same — we’re always sharing new stories, new history, and you just might spot something different this time! 🍀
