And that's a wrap. Thank you to our sponsors and our dedicated team. Flawless pit stops helped keep us going, we had a few mechanical break downs but pushed through. Jake hurt his back his 2nd time out and wasn't sure if he was going back out. Ted and Kyle kicked ass and was able to keep us up in position. Jake was able to get back out just to cut laps while the other 2 rested. Started 31st, finished 18th (unofficial). Here's to next year. New sled, New year, same crew. Couldn't be more grateful for everyone helping out.

The starting lineup is out and we are ready for tomorrow morning. Went through the sled last night and today getting it ready for the messy 500 miles it'll endure tomorrow. Looking forward to another year at the i-500

Update:

First qualifier we had issues with traction out of the corner. Clutching was good, changed it up slightly from yesterday.
Tightened up the sled for kyle before his rookie round up. Kyle ended up doing awesome during the practice, and was able to get some speed out of the sled.
For the final qualifier we played with a few things trying to chase some speed and ended up losing speed. Sled handles awesome and were now prepping for race day. We made it in, not where we wanted to be... but made it.

Update:
Last night in practice I got greedy with the tuning, oops. Burnt the pto side, caught it early enough it didn't do any bad damage. But enough damage to cost us a top end.

This morning we got a brand new top end put on the sled and got it back running. 1st qualifying attempt wasn't good, we are lacking a bunch speed. Got Kyle out for his rookie practice while we tried a couple different setups for him. He did great his first runs out. Looking forward to tomorrow for a fresh start and for Kyle's rookie round up.
