I am 4 months and 1 day post op. 6 weeks since I was allowed to start putting full weight on my foot. 4 weeks getting cleared to officially drive again. I am walking comfortably with my stride almost back to normal. With the continued help of PT I am getting stronger. Looking forward to clear roads and sidewalks to get outside for walks. My new go to song lately. It just feels right for now.🙃

Happy Mother’s Day!! I got out for a 2 mile run this morning. It did not feel easy but it felt like I was falling into a nice rhythm. I remember those days and i miss them. Now I need to try and balance out strength training which I have been doing pretty religiously with some running afrw days a week, along with work and life.😁 Enjoy your day!
