THE MIRROR
For the woman in the in between. The one who feels the pull of something greater and knows she can’t go back to the way things were yet hasn’t fully gotten a grasp on what that next level is.
The woman who has held it all for herself and everyone around her for her whole life.
To the oldest daughters. The mothers. The caregivers. The empaths. The women navigating career and life changes and coming back into alignment with who you were always meant to be.
This one’s for you. A space for you to put it all down and build something true, lasting and entirely your own.

I first imagined this concept as a container for visionary women to reflect what they’re building back to them. And then I realized it was something bigger. It’s the space for her to fully see her reflection for the first time through a clear mirror.
Twice per month we meet in circle. Once focused on the inner mirror - your inner identity. Next the outer mirror around your expression and what you’re building from that place of reclaimed purpose and power.

You were never lost. You were just locked in.
Between who you were told to be
and who you keep feeling the pull to step into.
Between the version of yourself you’ve been performing
and the one you can feel building underneath.
You’ve done the work.
The journaling. The therapy. The courses.
You know yourself — intellectually.
And yet.
You still second-guess that email before you send it.
Still question if you’re delivering enough each day or if you got enough done in life and work.
Every time you walk into a room you shift the energy.
People tell you just the fact that you’re there helps them relax.
And your next thought is “But I didn’t DO anything.”
That’s the thing.
You can’t see what everyone else already feels.
You are a visionary and you know it you just haven’t been able to see a clear reflection of yourself.
You continue to excavate, to move, to build because it feels safer and it’s what you have always done but never let yourself fully land.
The truth- you don’t need more information.
Or another framework to figure yourself out.
You just need a mirror that can help you see yourself clearly.
A place that reflects back what’s actually true about you not the performance, not the conditioning,
not the version of you that learned to earn your worth through output.
The real one.
The one you were made to be.

Here’s your reminder that no one can take your identity unless you allow them to.
Today someone hacked into my email account and sent off a bunch of emails as if they were me (so if you got something spammy and random NO it was not me don’t open it!). But instead I got back into it and messaged everyone to let them know - I controlled what I could and I thought - what’s the lesson here.
For me the lesson was I get to control my identity in this moment. I choose to not be a victim but rather reclaim my power. I think these thinks happen sometimes to help remind us of that.
In this moment instead of spiraling - I chose to think who do I want to be here in this situation. For me - I didn’t want to give in so I didn’t.
Identity is multifaceted and each person, situation and day your shown mirrors to help you clarify your identity. Do you have clean mirrors in front of you? What identity are you choosing?

I always thought building is what was supposed to do to get to the next level. I felt a responsibility to act immediately on all the ideas and inspiration that came to me.
In truth - it was a trauma response because it felt safer for me to keep moving, pushing, building instead of taking note of each idea that I had and sitting with it to respond on what I needed to focus on right now to be most aligned.
The result- the right intention of building something meaningful and helping others but it created a lack of clarity because in truth I had a pull and a drive and the intention but no real focus.
It created bursts of excitement followed by feelings of failure because I would pivot before something could actually take root. Last month I broke that pattern. I paused and just witnessed myself for 30 days to refocus.
And for the first time - I had more referrals, old projects, new clients, powerful sessions than I have had through the last year of building and launching. Not because I did more but because I focused, I let the dust settle and I realigned.

How do you define identity? When I stopped to think about okay who do I want to be- what is the most authentic version of myself I honestly struggled to answer that question because I couldn’t pinpoint a definition of identity.
The truth is we have many different dimensions and identities and it shifts and changes throughout life as well. We have the isn’t as a student, a career woman, a mom, a dog mom, a wife, sister - but who are we deep down there’s a lot of depth and facets to that.

A real raw life update & finally sharing some of my inner realizations through my homecoming journey where I took 30 Days to intentionally not create or push through and perform but rather sit, sift and go inward. My biggest takeaway is that I love being a visionary and coming up with ideas and working to support other omen on their journey to rediscover their purpose and identity however whenever I did that work for myself I immediately would default to more output - I would go from a deep soul excavation moment to “omg this would be such a great workshop or course or membership” and then I would build something without testing or connecting and not allow myself to feel.
I was numbing myself by continuing to move and output and build.
The hard truth about that is it’s not something obvious like an addiction to a drug or dependency on something external- it’s something that society praises us for and it breaks your body down in the same way that drugs or alcohol would but no one talks about that.
Here’s my raw truth and findings from this journey and through it all I was able to find my spark again and reignite some amazing projects with more clarity that I’ve been working on - stay tuned for more!
And if you’re going through similar excavations - you are so strong and it’s okay to pause. It’s sometimes excruciating to pause but that’s where the clarity and peace comes in. I’m here - you got this 🤍

SOUL SYNC SESSIONS MEET UP | 4.29.26 7pm EST
The last 6 months have been a whirlwind and quite honestly in many ways I feel like I’ve been hit by a train. Through that though there have been many break through (and some break downs) and something about Ta**us season (my rising sign whoop whoop) kicking off today has inspired me to bring back my soul sync sessions monthly meet ups - AND I have some exciting news for this one!
For my new followers and peeps that have not attended one of these calls these are casual soul led conversations with other visionary soul led women with the purpose of just connecting to one another, celebrating who we are, how we were made and what we are working on. We chat about everything from woo woo topics, spirituality, human design, energetics, our business, cycle syncing and beyond. I’ve honestly met some of my closest friends through these calls and I’m beyond excited to bring them back 🤍
