Super easy mask and ties! has this YouTube video tutorial. Cut 3/4" strip off a t-shirt body, snip so it's one long strip, then gently pull to lengthen it. Viola! Instant no sew mask tie. I used my R foot for sewing the tie casing to make absolutely sure that I didn't sew down the tie by mistake. Perfect.

An Irish Chain in greens and white has been checked off the UFO (unfinished object) list. I call it Forty Shades of Beth in honor of the recipient. I really should have counted the number of different colors used! Tip: the free motion clovers I attempted in the white spaces looked tragic until I washed the quilt. They wrinkled up wonderfully! Phew!
