Savannah Professional Firefighters 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

We are so excited to announce our tentative event date of September 6, 2026! We are actively working to organize our annual stair climb and will keep you all updated as we move forward. As always, we will have several sponsorship opportunities along with opportunities to volunteer at the event as well. Stay tuned! We are so excited to have you all with us again this year.

Savannah and area firefighters remember those killed during annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Firefighters, first responders, and other participants snaked their way up and down the steps of Enmarket Arena to remember those who died on 9/11/2001.

One more thing…the Enmarket Arena has a special code for all participants from the Stair Climb this morning! Get your tickets while you can! 🇺🇸💪

‼️Parking Info ‼️

Participants please park in Lot J. See picture below ⬇️

‼️IMPORTANT INFO FOR PARTICIPANTS‼️

➡️Parking is free in Lot J (main lot in front of arena). You can access this lot from W. Gwinnett St.

➡️PLEASE arrive between 7:15-7:40. We will have security for ALL participants and sponsors to go through. Early arrival ensures your participation.

⭐️Security checks will end at 7:50am⭐️

➡️Do not bring any weapons. You will not be allowed in.

➡️Please do not bring and food or drink. Water will be provided at the arena.

➡️Upon completion of the climb, you will be given a poker chip and swag bag. Fill up that bag and visit sponsor tables!

➡️The climb will begin at section 109. Participants will complete one full lap then proceed 3/4 of a lap to section 119/120.

➡️Once completed, you will ring the bell and be directed towards the tunnel where you will receive your poker chip and swag bag.

Lastly, if you plan to climb in your gear, please leave gear bags in your vehicle💪🚒

If it weren’t for your IAFF Local 574 Savannah Firefighters or the Savannah Fire Department, the stair climb would not be possible! Not only is the event planned by members of both organizations but the support from each allows this event to be successful year after year 💪🚒🇺🇸
