Most of us are familiar with the beauty of conscious self-discovery. But there is another layer where the deepest shifts reside. As a facilitator, I partner with you to access the wisdom of your subconscious. You are the one doing the work. I am simply here to provide the tools, using neuroscience and neuroplasticity, to help you align your inner beliefs with your outer intentions. Instead of just discussing where you have been, I guide you in creating the internal environment for where you are going. It is a gentle, rapid rewiring that honors your own inner knowing. I combine my intuition with muscle testing (kinesiology) as a gentle feedback system to do just that. It is like a compass that helps me navigate beyond the surface stories to find exactly what needs to be released—whether that is stagnant energy or emotions that have served their purpose.
