Today on the first day of school, After working out, your Knights settled down before practice to indulge in a Coaches Corner session entitled “It’s Not About You” We continuously ask our athletes “what are you willing to change or sacrifice” for this team to be successful. We are always striving to build the entire athlete.

We can’t wait to see you all on Monday, August 3rd, 2026! Doors open at 7:05 and class starts at 7:30 AM!
