Dear Lord,

Please cover this young man in your care. Sending prayers and love our to his family, team, trainers, and all involved in his care and life.

When one looks at life through the eyes of a child, all things in life seem possible.

We dreamt about being an astronaut, a movie star, a boss etc… We were able to find “the happy” in the simplest things.

How many times have you purchased a gift for your 1 year old and they end up playing with the box you gave it to them in instead. Why? It’s simple… their imagination is still an untouched, beautiful place of possibility.

Try looking at the world with the eyes of the limitless possibilities & imagination of a 1 year old…. It’s amazing!

The 1 year old mindset will bring an instantaneous amount of joy to your life.

So today….
- Write down all the things you wanted be when you were 5….
- Approach yourself next workout with the mindset you had when you were 18 and felt amazing….
- Approach your next work project like it’s the cardboard box filled with endless possibilities….

The bottom line is allow yourself to dream again. Once you outline your dreams, plan your work and work your plan to make your dreams come true!

Thank you to each and every person who has ever taken a class with me at Life Time. So many have asked after my last post, yes I am no longer at Life Time.

I have made some life long friends, wonderful memories and had some of my best times teaching ever in studio 1 at Harrison.

I have embarked upon an exciting new journey and can’t wait to share details with you. I will be teaching, hosting workshops, events & so much more. Stay connected I will be sharing when & where soon.

I will miss my Strictly Strength family but I’m only a DM away… 💖🙏🏾💖

Day 1 is done… there were a few unforeseen tears but that’s what 🕶 are for…

LBJ fit right in … My God does he seem happy.. I think that’s why I cried so many times throughout the day. They were genuine tears of JOY.

LBJ has had a long road to get here. Thank you Lord, LB Sr, family, friends, coaches, teachers, mentors and more… it truly takes a village.

Tomorrow we meet the Head Coach and say our real goodbyes until parents weekend… 💖🙏🏾💖

This isn’t my first rodeo, yet I still feel all the feels…

These two… I LOVE em soo… they are gonna miss each other!

Hofstra’s turned into life long friendships…
