Fit4T5 - Group Fitness Classes & Personal Training Services

Individual or Partner Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes Formulated Interval Training 4x5 (Fit4T5) is a Small Group Fitness Circuit Interval Class that is designed to give clients a full body workout that incorporates functional movements and ramp up heart rates to burn fat and calories.

The class follows a format of 4 Rounds of work and rest intervals that target a different muscle group at 5 different stations (4x5). At 45 mins in duration the class allows you to get in, get it done, and get on with your day.
