I am so excited to bring all of you individualized, personal training by way of FaceTime or Skype. The training will be customized to your fitness goals. I will create and personally coach you through these dynamic workouts. We could incorporate any or all of these workout types - Pilates, yoga, core conditioning, kickboxing, interval training, strength training, balance, cardio, flexibility training HIIT and resistance training. You don't necessarily need equipment. If you do have equipment at your house ( bands, weights, stepper, etc.) and would like to incorporate into your workout, we can do that as well.
