I often remind my clients that "fitness" and "health" is a lot more than just getting sweaty.
At Mor Results we focus heavily on mobility. What's the point in doing an exercise if you're doing it wrong?
This Washington Post article is a great example of something else we focus on -- posture. Getting your body back to how it should be if you're currently facing "text neck" or perhaps sit at a computer all day long, etc.
