Friends, if you don't train with us and need a recommendation. Make sure you train with someone who is legitimate. Alpha Krav Maga International, Inc and Sam Sade are the only places I recommend.

The best instruction that you will ever run across! Love the people and my training partners. It’s the very best...all the way around!
I just listened to a podcast about fitness and coaches. The question came up on why pay for a class when there is so much out there for free with the web and other avenues. The answer I heard that I feel was the best answer, is that you aren't paying for the instructions you're paying for a coach that you trust. I can first hand confirm the truth in this statement. Bert was the first coach in my many years in fitness that I trusted and that he was there to help make me better. He doesn't put some canned program together for the masses he gets to know who he's working with and goes from there. He isn't there just for the payment he wants me to succeed and helped get me to the next level. I watched coach do this for all the people that he worked with and that is what makes Bert a true coach. I'm sad he left our area. Chicago's lost and Scottsdale's gain.

AKMI’s Alpha of the Month is T.K. Arndt, an Alpha Affiliate Instructor from Southern Minnesota Martial Arts, North Mankato, smma.rocks.
We wanted to recognize Tim for his courage and determination to successfully complete and pass AKMI Instructor’s Course - Phase B. What makes Tim especially Alpha is that he pushed though Phase B while managing his asthma and cystic fibrosis conditions.
Cystic fibrosis is an inherited life-threatening disorder that damages the lungs and digestive system which, makes daily routine and grind challenging.
