Hey there party people!

Y’all know I teach mat yoga…and have been for the last 8 years. You also know I’ve been using my Yoga Trapeze for 10 years. In early 2023 I decided to 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 go for my Yoga Trapeze certification as another teaching modality that I can use.
As of this morning, I am officially a certified Yoga Trapeze instructor, based here in Arizona!!

I have to give a big huge shoutout to fellow Yoga Trapeze instructor for the gentle push to get there, to .alyssa.art for being my very patient and attentive student for my final and to and for creating a thorough, enjoyable and creative with just the right amount of challenge certification Yoga Trapeze Teacher Training program!!

Using blocks in your practice is a great thing….you get to sink in deeper, have more support for your body and bring the ground up to you to allow for proper alignment and lengthening of your spine.

Join me on your mat this week as we use blocks throughout each class….you might notice they help you sink into that half split just a little more 😉
