This Team has been together for 3 outstanding years and has 2 Roster spots available for who are going into 8th grade next year. We will play in several Perfect Game Events next year as well as USSSA 14U Majors Tourneys.

Manager Tim Esmay, former ASU Manager, Assistant Coach and Player, is the Skipper for the Team and is 1000% dedicated to helping Players be as prepared as humanly possible to make and compete on their High School Teams after 14U ball.

14U Scottsdale Dirtbags 2026 Team is looking for a few stud Players for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022!!!

This Team is Managed by Tim Esmay, former Minor League and ASU Manager... Coach played for ASU in a College World Series; was an Assistant Coach for ASU when they made it to the CWS three times; and he managed ASU to the College World Series in 2010. After that he got hired by the White Sox organization to manage their Winston-Salem Dash Minor League Team. He also coached for Brophy College Prep in his early coaching days. He is done traveling the Country and has settled down in the Valley but can’t resist teaching and coaching baseball. There’s nobody better when it comes to Player Development, which is hands down his and our TOP priority.

Our Team has been together for three years and is made up of outstanding Players and Families... always interested in Pitchers but most important is Players who work hard, play hard and love to have FUN!!!

We recently WON the USSSA Spring Fling Majors Tourney and have tons of momentum going into 14U ball!!!
